>CLEAN KITCHEN SINK DISPOSAL BLADES BY CRUCHING ICE CUBES.
>CLEAN OR REPLACE RANGE FILTER ADJUST SPRINKLER HEADS IF NECESSARY.
>CHECK FOR CRACKS AND PEELING CAULK AROUND WINDOW SILLS, SINKS,BATHTUB;SHOWER, FLOOR AROUND TOILET,
FAUCET LEAKS, BACK SPLASHES, CERAMIC FLOORS AND WALLS, LIGHT FIXTURES AND OTHER AREAS.
>CHECK A/C CONDINSER OUTDOORS FOR DEBRIS AND PIPING.
>CHECK A/C DRAIN LINE FOR DAMAGE AND FLOW OF WATER.
6-Month Checklist
>TEST AND CLEAN SMOKE DETECTORS AND CHECK OR CHANGE BATTERIES.
>INSPECT INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PAINT SURFACES, MAKE TOUCH-UPS AS NEEDED.
>CHECK ALL FIRE EXTINGUISHERS THAT THEY ARE FULLY CHARGED.
>CHECK DOORS AND LOCKS MAKE SURE ALL ARE WORKING PROPERLY.
>CHECK ALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES AND CORDS.
>CHECK AND CLEAN GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS.
>CHECK WATER LINES AND VALVES FOR LEAKS.
>HAVE A/C UNIT SERVICED BY A PROFESSIONAL FOR A SEASONAL CHECK-UP.
>CHECK WATER HEATER FOR LEAKS.
>VISUALLY INSPECT ROOF FROM GROUND FOR BROKEN SHINGLES.
>INSPECT WINDOWS, SCREENS AND HURRICANE SHUTTERS FOR CONDITION.

>HAVE YOUR HOME INSPECTED EVERY ONE - TWO YEARS.
>NEVER OVERLOAD DRYER. KEEP LINT TRAPS CLEAN BEFORE AND AFT EVERY
LOAD.
>DRYING CLOTHES ON HIGH HEAT IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO DRY CLOTHES FAST AND ITS NOT GOOD FOR THE CLOTHES.
>HAVE DRYER AND VENTS CHECKED OR CLEANED 1 OR 2X'YRLY.
>ADJUSTING THE THERMOSTAT UP/ DOWN CAN CAUSE MUCH DAMAGE.
>SET THERMOSTAT TO A COMFORTABLE TEMP AND LEAVE IT.
>CHECK BEDROOM AND BATHROOM DOORS FOR PROPER SPACING FOR AIR FLOW VENTALATION.( BY PLACING
LARGE TOE UNDER DOOR, IF IT FIT YOU HAVE PROPER VENTALATION SPACING)
>IF EVER IN DOUBT ALWAYS ASK FOR HELP.
>GET A THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECK ON THE PERSON SERVING YOU.
