This question comes up at sometime in every home owners mind and they have to make the decision to accept
it or try and reject the thought out of their head.
Lets face the facts. Home builders do a great job at building homes but they can't be certain of all the
help they hire. What about if the home begins to reach due date and it's not complete. Homes now a days are being very fast
and who can guarantee their are no failures. Most new home owners rely on the 2yr warranty to find suspected problems, many
may not show up until afterwards and then you the home owner is responsible. Why not play it safe.
Why older homes have a higher risk at serious problems? Do you know how well the previous owner(s) maintained
the house. How do you find the hidden problems that may have been covered-up? Don't forget utilities and materials that
may have already passed wear.
What ever home you purchase it is a great investment to you so don't let it cost you more than you want.
